The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
three (3) Ice Resurfacing Machines, Self Propelled, Propane
Engine Driven and ancillary items, including familiarization
instruction/training dated July 2, 2013. 

This requirement has an option to purchase up to three (3)
additional Ice Resurfacing Machines, Self Propelled, Propane
Engine Drivenand ancillary items to be exercised within twelve
(12) months from the effective date of the contract.

Delivery by June 30, 2014 as follows:

QTY 1: to Shilo, Manitoba
QTY 1: to Kingston, Ontario
QTY 1: to Petawawa, Ontario

Debriefings

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
