    The Department of National Defence has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the procurement of shipping and storage containers for a firm three (3) years with the provision to extend for an additional two (2) periods of one (1) year. Delivery locations throughout Canada.
    
    
    Trade Agreements 
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Tra
    de (AIT).
    
    Debriefings
    
    Bidders may request a debriefingonthe results of the bid solicitation 
    
    process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the resultsof the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
