Amendment 001 is raised to bring a change to the Time Zone:
Eastern Standard Time EST

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W8476-155146/A dated July 29, 2014 with a
closing of September 9, 2014 02:00 PM. A debriefing or feedback
session will be provided upon request to
bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
eight (8) Lawn Mowers, Ded, Zero Turn and ancillary items
(including familiarization instruction/training), in accordance
with the Purchase Description Lawn Mower, Ded, Zero Turn dated
June 12, 2014  to be delivered at CFB Shilo, Manitoba by
December 31, 2014.

The requirement includes an unfunded option to purchase up to
seven (7) Lawn Mowers, Ded, Zero Turn and ancillary items to be
exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective date of
the contract.

Debriefings

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
