    AMENDMENT 001
    
    This amendment is raised to provide questions with answers to
    potential bidders as follows:
    
    Question: In the description is "Airtight" mean "certified
    airtight"?
    Answer: The case do not have to be certified Airtight. They
    should at least be water proof at the minimum.
    
    Question: What will be the Case load (weight of content)?
    Answer:Case load should not surpass 170lbs.
    
    Question: Pouches required (22" x 16" or 22" x 10")?
    Answer:Standard pouch size of 22"x16" is required.
    
    All other terms and conditions remain the same.

    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
    solicitation number W8474-126150/A
    dated 2012-02-10 with a closing of 2012-02-28 at 14:00.
    
    This procurement has been set aside under the federal
    government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business
    (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that
    it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and
    that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB. Bidders must
    submit the completed certification (Part 5, 1.2.1) with their
    bid. 
    
    The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
    item mentioned below. The delivery is requested at 1219 110
    O'Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario by May 15, 2012.

    Required configuration : olive drab color, PRV/air tight,

    edge casters on rear 5 inches lids only, removable slide out
    inner frames/chassis and coupling catches.

    Debriefings
    
    After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
    results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
    to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
    receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
    debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
