The Department of National Defence has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply of Aqueous Film Forming Foam (A.F.F.F.), in accordance with the Annex A - Description and Pricing. 

This requirement will be an initial period of one (1) year from the effective date of the Standing Offer, with an option to extend the offer for two (2) additional period of one (1) year.

Debriefings
Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
