The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase TWO (2) MULTIPURPOSE ATV in accordance with Purchase Description light Multipurpose All-Terrain Vehicle 6 Wheeled with dump box, 1pax 4 stroke Gasoline Engine ECC140298 dated October 10, 2015, to be delivered to DND Major Equipment Section, Trenton Ontario by March 31, 2016.

The requirement also includes an option to purchase up to TWO (2) additional vehicle and ancillary items to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract 

Trade Agreements  
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
