This amendment is raised to publish questions and answers.

Service Canada and his Passport program have a requirement for the supply of Plastic bags as detailed in Annex A- Requirements. Delivery is requested in Gatineau, QC upont receipt of a call-up against the Standing Offer.

Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
