The TBIPS SA EN578-170432 is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation. The capitalized terms not defined in this bid solicitation have the meaning given to them in the TBIPS SA.

Requirement 
This requirement is for the provision of task-based informatics professional services required by Canadian Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM) to assist with the ongoing support of communications and computing capabilities.  The services provided must support a networked architecture composed of servers, webservers, workstations, laptops, network infrastructure, cryptographic devices, and storage arrays configured in a number of logical domains in several geographic locations.

It is intended to result in the award of 1 contract in Workstream A, and 1 contract in Workstream B. Each contract will be for 1 year plus 4 one year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
