The Department of National Defence (DND), Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) Toronto, has a requirement for access to an off-site magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) facility for the acquisition of structural and functional brain scans.  The Contractor must use a 3T MRI scanner to produce structural and functional MRI data in the form of DICOM or NlfTI files.

It is the intention of the Crown to issue one (1) Standing Offer.

The period for placing call-ups will be from date of issuance to four (4) years later.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
