The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Force Base (CFB) Kingston, Ration and Quarters Support Services (R&QSS) located in Kingston, Ontario has the requirement for the supply and delivery of various cleaning and janitorial supplies, described in Annex “B” Basis of Payment, on an ‘as and when required’ basis.

The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from November 1, 2021 to October 31, 2024.

It is the intention of the Crown to issue one Regional Individual Standing Offer.

Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
