The Assault Ladder System is a set of ladders to include a combination of configurable components and single use components to provide safe, secure, and rapid passage to bypass, scale, mount, and otherwise overcome encountered obstacles at the operator’s discretion. The Department of National Defence will purchase one Assault Ladder System from each bidder that is compliant with all of the financial and technical mandatory requirements of the solicitation stated in Part 4 and Annex F. The Assault Ladder System will be evaluated in field tests as described in Annex G and H. The Department of National Defence may purchase up to 13 additional Assault Ladder Systems per year from the compliant Contractor that achieves the highest combined technical and financial value as defined in Annex I. The Contract term will be from date of award to 31 March 2025.
