To supply, delivery and install one (1) chemiluminescent and
epi-fluorescent blot and gel imaging system to include on-site
training and all ancillary parts and materials needed to provide
for a complete installation.  

Delivery of deliverables must be received on or before seven
weeks from award of contract.

Selection.

Trade Agreements:  This requirement is subject to the provisions
of  the Canada Peru Free Trade Agreement , the Canada Columbia
Free Trade Agreement, North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
