A Bidder can submit a bid for pricing basis A, pricing B or both pricing basis. In the case where a bidder is the successful bidder of both locations, only one (1) contract will be awarded. It is the intention of Canada to award a maximumof two (2) contracts for this request Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
