The purpose of this Request for Standing Offer is to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of GM vehicle repair services, and to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of Ford vehicle repair services, on an "as and when requested" basis, for the Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Trenton. 

It is the intention of Canada to issue two Regional Individual Standing Offers for this requirement.

The period of the Standing Offer(s) will be from July 1st 2018 to June 30th 2021.
Offerors may present offers for one or both of the pricing bases.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
