DND has a requirement for a Contractor to provide up to 73 single and double occupancy rooms in the Temecula, California area during the 29th January - 20 March 2022 timeframe.

Multiple contracts may be awarded if a single bidder cannot provide the maximum number of rooms required.

This RFP requires bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 of the RFP entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFP entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.

Supply Arrangement W6399-22CA46 Holders have been emailed the Request for Proposal.  Other interested bidders may submit bids once they have qualified for the Supply Arrangement.  Canada will not extend the RFP to provide additional time for bidders to qualify for the Supply Arrangement and submit a proposal for the RFP
