The Royal Military College of Canada (RMCC) is Canada’s national military university based in 
Kingston Ontario.  RMCC has within its mandate the provision to carry out research and other forms of support for the Department of National Defence (DND) and other government departments.

This requirement is to provide the RMCC with the services of personnel to perform research activities, on an as and when requested bases, for a five year period:  May 16, 2016 - March 31, 2021.

The delivery of services include, but are not limited to the following locations:  Kingston Ontario, Northern Territories and potentially overseas.

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
