The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the provision of raw materials, as specified in Annex A, for the manufacture of furniture on an "as-and-when-requested" basis for the Correctional Service of Canada, CORCAN Institutions located within various Federal Institutions across Canada.  Specifically required is soft seating fabric. Please see the solicitation for further details.
 
It is the intention of the Crown to issue one (1) Standing Offer.

The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer will be from 2017-08-01 to 2019-07-31, with the irrevocable option to extend the period of the Standing Offer by three (3) additional one-year periods.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
