Highway Trailer Rentals

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Regional Master Standing Offer for the provision of all labour, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to provide the rental of various Highway Trailers on an "as and when" requested basis, in accordance with the requirements detailed in this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO),for authorized users in Federal Departments and Agencies located within the Ontario Region, excluding the National Capital Region.


The primary users will be the Department of National Defence and the Correctional Service of Canada locations within the Ontario Region.   


It is the intention of the Crown to issue one (1) Standing Offer Agreement for each location listed in Annex "C" - Locations of Supply and Service.  Should one Offeror provide the lowest evaluated price for multiple locations, PWGSC will issue one (1) Standing Offer including all applicable locations.

The period of the Standing Offer is 01 September 2018 to 31 August2021, inclusive.


The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Canada-Chile, Columbia, Honduras, Korea, Panama, Peru, and Ukraine.
