    Liquid Chromatography Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (LC-QQQ-MS) 
    
    The National Laboratory for Environmental Testing (NLET) is an accredited laboratory (ISO 17025) of Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), Water Science and Technology Division, Science and Technology Branch, Environment Service technology Laboratories, 867 Lakeshore Rd, Burlington Ontario.
    
    The trace organic laboratory section, of NLET, requires the purchase of a Liquid Chromatography Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (LC-QQQ-MS) system for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of a wide variety of trace-level environmental organic compounds. It will be used for targeted analysis of contaminants in a variety of matrices in support of Science and Technology (S&T) Science programs.
    
    NOTE: Instrument test results will be used to assess performance of the instruments specified in bids for R1, R2, R3 and R4 at Annex D. All tests must be performed and submitted with the bid at bid closing to be evaluated against the point rated requirements. Samples and standards must be requested from Patrick Semple (Patrick.semple@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca) by JANUARY 4, 2019 to perform these tests.
    
    Delivery Date:
    
    The initial deliverables must be received on or before 31 March, 2019.
    
    The contract will include the option to purchase a second machine.
