This requirement, on behalf of Correctional Services Canada, is
for the provision of physician services (medical services and
methadone/suboxone program) for inmates, as per Annex A & A1,
Statements of Work.  

Physicians are required to provide and coordinate essential
health/medical services for inmates at the following institution
(address located in Annex D):


•	 Beaver Creek Institution:  Minimum and Medium Complexes.

It is anticipated that a maximum of three (3) contracts will be
awarded, one (1) potential contract for each of the following
medical services:

1)  Beaver Creek Institution Minimum Complex - Medical Clinic;
2)  Beaver Creek Institution Medium Complex - Medical Clinic;
and 
3)  Beaver Creek Institution Minimum and Medium Complex -
Methadone/Suboxone program.

Bidder's may submit bids for any or all medical services listed
in Annex "B" Basis of Payment.  Each Medical Service in Annex
"B" will be evaluated separately.  Up to three (3) contracts may
be awarded.  Should the same Bidder be recommended for award for
more than one medical service, only one Contract will be issued
to that Bidder for the combined medical services.


More than one physician may be proposed per medical service.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
