The Department of Fisheries and Oceans located in Quebec City, has a
requirement for the supply and delivery of eight (8) rugged, laptop 
computers asdescribed in Annex “A”.

Delivery is required within 4 weeks of contract award.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT)


The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
