The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) requires a contractor to provide accommodations for 13 military personnel during a 22 day Search and Rescue (SAR) training exercise to be held in Comox, BC, during 26 Feb-19 Mar 19 as detailed in Annex "A" Requirement.

424 (T&R) Squadron SAR personnel are conducting Exercise ORCA 2019 (EX ORCA 2019) in order to concentrate SAR proficiency water-based training and Force Generation during a period where the local Trenton climate prevents such training. A contract is required for the participants’ accommodations due to non-availability of suitable CAF barracks or housing at the required time and location.
