This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number EQ404-193223/A dated 13-May-2019 with a closing of 3-June-2019 at 14:00. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

This request for proposal is for the provision of labour, materials, tools, products, storage space, transportation and equipment necessary to have conservation work completed on a public outdoor sculpture situated outside the Post Office in Stouffville, Ontario. The Contractor will perform necessary work to ensure public safety, the sculpture’s aesthetic integrity, and the artist’s intent are conserved.

All restoration work must be completed by December 1st, 2019.

Only one (1) contract will be issued.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The requirement is limited to Canadian services.
