    Snow and Ice Control - CFB Trenton
    
    To provide all labour, materials, and equipment required to provide snow removal and the spreading of salt and/or sand for the Department of National Defence, 8 Wing, at CFB Trenton, Astra, Ontario, Canada as well as other outlying areas identified herein.
    
    The initial period of the services will be from 1 November 2021 to 31 March 2022 inclusive. The contract will also include an option to extend for four additional one year periods. 
    
    The Contractor must provide the Contracting Authority with financial security within 30 calendar days after the date of contract award. The financial security must be in the form of a security deposit as defined in clause E0008C in the amount of $150,000 for the entire contract period, including any extension.

    Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.

This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposal process. Bidders should make the request to the Contract Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
