Title: High Mobility Multi-Purpose Wheeled Vehicle Parts

This requirement is to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the Department of National Defence (DND) for the purchase of High Mobility Multi-Purpose Wheeled Vehicle Parts in Accordance with Annex A - Requirement.  There are two delivery locations: Ashton, ON Location and Petawawa Locations.

It is the intention of the Crown to issue one (1) Standing Offer including both locations. 

The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer will be from issuance of the Standing Offer to 2023-06-30, with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Standing Offer by up to two (2) additional one-year periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government 
Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European 
Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade 
Agreement (CFTA).
 
Limited Tendering Provisions are being invoked in accordance with the Trade Agreements (additional 
deliveries that are intended either as replacement parts or continuing services for existing supplies, 
services, or installations).


This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.

Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
