Title: Cardio Fitness Equipment

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of cardio fitness equipment.

Delivery must be completed on or before 31 March 2021. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement and the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement. 

This bid solicitation require bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically.  Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.
