    Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business (SPAB) Program
    This Procurement has been Set-Aside under the Federal
    Government's Set-Aside program for Aboriginal Business (SPAB).
    In order to be considered, firms must certify, that they qualify
    as an Aboriginal Business, as defined in the SPAB and that they
    will comply with all requirements of the SPAB. 
    
    Aboriginal Firms wishing to bid on the Non Set-Aside Request for
    Supply Arrangements (RFSA) may also do so separately from this
    Set-Aside request. The Non Set-Aside RFSA is posted separately,
    on  https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders, as
    Solicitation E60LM-110015/I.
    
    
    Nature of Requirement
    The purpose of this RFSA is to issue Supply Arrangements under
    E60LM-100015/J for Office Relocation and Related Services
    located in the National Capital Region (NCR) on behalf of any
    Government department, agency or Crown Corporation listed in
    Schedules I, I.1, II, III, of the Financial Administration Act,
    R.S., 1985, c. F-11, on an "as and when requested" basis. 
    
    The requirement is to provide office relocation, warehousing and
    related services, which will include, but not be limited to, the
    moving of full offices suites, office equipment, furniture,
    computers, workstation systems, files and records, filing
    cabinets, computer hardware, and other various government office
    related facilities like boardrooms and kitchens; also include
    packing, crating, disassembling, loading, transporting,
    unloading, unpacking, uncrating, assembling and cleanup at the
    end of each move.
    
    The period for awarding contracts under the Supply Arrangement
    is from December 1, 2015 to November  30, 2016.
    
    The requirement is solely limited to Canadian goods and/or
    services.
