The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of other Government Departments and Agencies requires up to four (4) Regional MasterStanding Offers (RMSO) to provide warehousing and distribution services for the Federal Government Departments and Agencies within the National Capital Region on an “as and when requested” basis. The warehousing and distribution services include the provision of suitable and accessible dry, secure space for storage of material, distribution, transportation, management and additional services as detailed herein in accordance with and subject to all the Terms and Conditions contained in the Request for Regional Master Standing Offer.

The period of the RMSOs will be from April 3, 2017 to March 31, 2020 with the right to extend for two periods of two years each, to be exercised no later than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the standing offers.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
