Industry Consultation - Requirement for Ground Transportation related to the G7 Summit

The Government of Canada will host the meeting of Group of Seven (G7) June 8-9, 2018. The Summit will be held at the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu in La Malbaie, Quebec, located in the Charlevoix region.  

The Summit Management Office (SMO) and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the services of suppliers who can ensure the ground transportation of G7 participants and personnel associated with the Summit. This includes daily transportation between accommodation and work sites within the greater geographical regions of Quebec City, Saguenay, Tadoussac, Charlevoix and elsewhere in the province of Quebec, New Brunswick.

Transportation services will be required between April 01, 2018 and June 29, 2018, inclusively.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
