CONJEFAMER CONFERENCE 2012

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for commercial accommodation, meeting rooms and, catering
services for the National Defence "CONJEFAMER" Conference to be
held in Ottawa from June 11 to June 15, 2012.

The requirement is for the conference and all guestrooms to be
accommodated in the same hotel. 

The conference organizing staff and contractors will require
access to offices and meeting rooms to work, store equipment and
for the setup of equipment starting June 8, 2012.  Tear down
will start on June 14, and should be completed by the end of day
June 15.
