The Department of National Defence (DND) must provide accommodations for personnel when deployed to YELLOWKNIFE, NT during the 2016 National Search and Rescue Exercise (SAREX).  Due to the amount of personnel involved in the SAREX and lack of military accommodations in YELLOWKNIFE, NT alternative resource is required.

The objective is to establish the provision of accommodation services for DND personnel within the YELLOWKNIFE, NT area during the National SAREX period of 11 to 28 September 2016, totalizing 2,180 room nights.

The location of the establishment providing accommodations must be within a driving distance of twenty
kilometers (20Km) of the YELLOWKNIFE, NT airport passenger terminal; Google Maps will be using to
calculate distance.

This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s):
- Tlicho Agreement
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
