Line 1, Hotel Accomodations

The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) requires the provision of hotel amenities and accommodations services in Eielson, Alaska for up to 180 personnel with various arrival dates. The hotel(s) must be located within thirty (30) miles driving distance of Eielson AFB Air Base, at 2631 Wabash Avenue, Alaska. 

In the event the CAF is delayed during the deployment or re-deployment phase, hotel services may be additionally required and requested by the Contracting Authority for up to 30 days.

All hotel rooms must be within one establishment.

Dates of service are from April 20th to May 20th, 2022 with and option of extending up to 30 days.

Basis of selection: The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for the award of the contract.

There is no security requirement applicable to this requirement.
