The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) has a requirement for rental vehicles, without drivers, in Fairbanks,Alaska, USA, at Eielson Air Force Base, in support of a joint military exercise.  409 Tactical Fighter Squadron anticipates being deployed inclusively during the period of 27 July 2016 to 30 August 2016.

Provide rental vehicle of the following types of vehicle:

a. 15 x sedans.   Vehicles are to have four (4) doors and be capable of having a carrying capacity of five (5) people and their luggage (minimum two 20kg pieces of luggage per person);

b. 20 x passenger vans capable of carrying 5+ people and their luggage (minimum two 20kg pieces of luggage per person). Passenger van is defined as having nine (9) passenger carrying capability (including the driver); and

c. 1 x ½ ton pickup truck with crew cab and 2” hitch receiver.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
