The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) has a requirement for Hotel Services in Okinawa Japan, in support of OP NEON, from 30 September to 24 November 2019.
Fifty (50) personnel will need accommodations (in single bedrooms) on the local economy for a period of up to fifty-five (55) days. 
Approximately 2,341 room nights will be required for those services.

The number of required guestrooms could vary based on Client final requirement.
Multiple contracts may be awarded. Contracts will be awarded to successful bidders in order of lowest evaluated price, until all requirements are fulfilled. The bidders must provide a minimum of twenty five (25) rooms.
There is no security requirement associated with this requirement;
 Proposals will be submitted directly by email, to the Contracting Authority.

A bid must comply with all mandatory technical evaluation criteria of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price (in Annex B, Basis of Payment) will be recommended for award of a Contract.
Among all mandatory technical evaluation criteria, indicated in the bid solicitation, a bidder must meet the following minimum requirements:

i.Accommodation in a hotel located no farther than 10 KM from #160 Kadena Air Base;
ii.Parking for up to seventeen (17) vehicles;
iii.48 hr cancellation with no additional cost;
iv.Accommodations equipped with Wi-Fi;
v.Access to faxing/printing facilities, available on-site;
vi.An English speaking Point Of Contact to provide customer service on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, seven (7) days per week.

The requirement is subject to the provision of the following Trade Agreements: 
World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canadian Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), Comprehensive and Progressive  Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), Canada Kora Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), Canada, Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement and Canada Ukraine Free Trade Agreement (CUFTA).
