Summary:

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to replace its Victoria Class Submarines’ (VCS) Ram Servo Units (RSU) and associated support equipment, services, training and data.

Only suppliers that have pre-qualified via the Letter of Interest and Pre-Qualification (LOI&Q) process no. W8482-178553/B (https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tender-notice/PW-ML-058-27305) are invited to compete for this requirement. However, should a non-qualified supplier wish to be invited to submit a bid, it may contact the Contracting Authority named above to signal its interest and will be given the opportunity to pre-qualify via the LOI&Q. Please note that the closing date of the LOI&Q will reflect the closing date of this solicitation, despite the LOI&Q’s current closing date of 2019/09/06 14:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). In no circumstance will such an opportunity require Canada to extend the solicitation closing date for this solicitation.
