The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada has a requirement for one 7.9 to 8.1m aluminum catamaran boat with trailer, built in accordance with Annex A - Technical Statement of Requirement (TSOR) and Annex D - Bidder Questions and Canada Responses.

All deliverables must be received by Fisheries and Oceans Canada in Winnipeg, Manitoba by July 27, 2018.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
