Trade Agreement: NAFTA / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Amendment #8 Amendment 008 is issued to allow acceptable Proven Hull Design and acceptable Vessel Construction Experience to within the last ten years and provide Questions and Answer Set 7. Amendment #7 Amendment 007 is issued to extend the Solicitation closing date to April 10, 2018, modify the Schedule of Milestones, modify the Delivery Date and provide Question and Answer Set 6. Amendment #6 Amendment 006 is issued to extend the Solicitation closing date to March 20, 2018 as articles are currently under review. Amendment #5 Amendment 005 is issued to extend the Solicitation closing date to March 13, 2018 as an article is currently under review. Amendment #4 Amendment 004 is issued to extend the Solicitation closing date to March 6, 2018, amend and separate article 3.3.2 Vessel Construction Experience into two separate articles (3.3.1 Proven Hull Design and 3.3.2 Vessel Construction Experience), provide Form 1, Form 2 and to provide Question and Answer Set 5’. Amendment #3 Amendment 003 is issued to extend the Solicitation closing date to February 27, 2018 as article 3.2.2 Vessel Construction Experience is currently under review and may be amended. Amendment #2 Amendment 002 is raised to extend the Solicitation closing date to February 20, 2018 to provide supplier’s additional time to submit their bids given the updated information provided in Annex D Bidder Questions and CANADA responses. Amendment #1 Amendment #1 is raised to extend the date for which all deliverables must be received by Fisheries and Oceans Canada in Winnipeg, Manitoba from June 28, 2018 to July 27, 2018. The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada has a requirement for one 7.9 to 8.1m aluminum catamaran boat with trailer, built in accordance with Annex A - Technical Statement of Requirement (TSOR) and Annex D - Bidder Questions and Canada Responses. All deliverables must be received by Fisheries and Oceans Canada in Winnipeg, Manitoba by July 27, 2018. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
