Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Community Maintenance Program 21280-140014/A As part of its mandate, the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement for the delivery of programs to offenders. These programs play an essential role in the successful reintegration of offenders as productive law-abiding citizens. Candidates who meet the selection criteria shall be referred to the Contractor by the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC). Request a Regional Individual Standing Offer to provide delivery of the requested number of Integrated Correctional Program Model (ICPM) sessions. The ICPM - Community Maintenance Programs (Multi-target and Sex Offender) are integrated self-management programs for moderate or high risk offenders who completed an ICPM program (non-transition offenders) or have participated in the former cadre of Correctional Programs (transition offenders). The main goal of maintenance is to review and refine core self management skills and apply them to real-life situations, obstacles, and high-risk situations to reduce risk to re-offend, including a focus on sexual deviancy for the sex offender stream. The services will be provided on an as and when requested basis during the period from 01 October 2013, or date of award, to 30 June 2014, with the option to renew the term of the Standing Offer(s) by up to 4 additional periods of 1 year each. The Offeror may submit an offer for services in Moncton, Saint John and/or Fredericton. For each area offered the Offeror must propose a facilitator. This requirement contains specific mandatory and point rated criterias as listed in the solicitation document. There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
