This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W0105-138991/A dated June 15, 2012 with a
closing date of July 3, 2012 at 
2:00 pm Atlantic Daylight Saving Time.

Department of National Defence wishes to hold the 2012 NB/PEI
Cadet Detachment Training and Commanding Officers Conference in
New Brunswick in two phases:  September 7-9, 2012 and September
21-23, 2012.

This requirement is for the provision of a suitable conference
facility within the boundaries of CFB Gagetown to include Saint
John, Moncton, Mirimichi, Fredericton and any area in between
(not to exceed 200 km radius of CFB Gagetown), with guest rooms,
meeting rooms, and restaurant facilities to conduct the
conference.
