The objective of this request is to issue a maximum of 25 Regional Master Standing Offers (RMSO) for the provision of Communications Services.  The services will be requested on an "as and when requested" basis by Identified Users for services in the Atlantic Provinces (New-Brunswick (NB), Nova-Scotia (NS), Prince-Edward-Island (PE) and Newfoundland and Labrador (NL)), during the period from December 1, 2016 to November 30, 2018.  

Offerors may submit an offer for any section of the Statement of Work:  Writing Services, Graphics Services, Photographic Services, General Public Relations and Creative Services, Communications and Marketing Services.  To qualify as a "Full Service Agency" an Offeror must submit an offer for all 5 sections of the Statemet of Work.

5% of the estimated total value, or at least one (1) standing offer, has been set aside for call-up(s) designated by the Identified User as a set aside procurement under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered as an Aboriginal Business, a Offeror must certify in its offer that it is an Aboriginal business as defined under the PSAB.

This Public Services and Procurement Canada office provides services to the public in bothofficial languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
