Miscellaneous Canteens Items

REQUIREMENT:

Requesting a Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of
"Miscellaneous Canteen Items" 
to the Inmates' Canteens at Correctional Service of Canada's
(CSC) Atlantic Institution  in Renous, Dorchester Penitentiary &
Westmorland Institution  in Dorchester both in New Brunswick and
Springhill Institution in  Springhill  Nova Scotia on an "as and
when" requested basis for the period  from 01 July, 2013 to 30
June, 2014 inclusive.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:

Annex "A" - Statement of Work

Annex "B" - Basis of Payment - Pricing Sheets - «List of
Products» 

The supplier MUST be compliant with the Statement of Work (SOW)
at Annex "A" the «List of Products» at Annex "B" and the
Conditions of the Request for Standing Offer.

DELIVERIES:

Deliveries MUST be made to the following (4) Institutions:
Atlantic Institution - Renous, New Brunswick
Dorchester Penitentiary - Dorchester, New Brunswick
Westmorland Institution - Dorchester, New Brunswick
Springhill Institution - Springhill, Nova Scotia

MANDATORY DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:

Call-Ups will be every (2) weeks.  Deliveries must be provided
within one (1) week of ordering.


BASIS OF EVALUATION:

Standing Offer(s) will be awarded to lowest valid offer «per
item» or «group of items» meeting ALL mandatory requirements, 
only if substantial savings can be accomplished.

procurement.
