Requesting a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the
supply and delivery of commemorative lapel pins on an as and
when requested basis for Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) in
Ottawa, Ontario, as per the design, size and prototype approved
by VAC for quality standards, for the period from September 1,
2015 to August 31, 2016 with the option to extend for up to four
additional one year periods. The estimated usage is 10,000 units
per year.

Veterans Affairs Canada has provided a sample of their existing
Lapel Pin. It is strongly recommended that all Offerors obtain a
sample this Lapel Pin.

Offerors can obtain a sample by contacting the Standing Offer
Authority at Charline.MacDonald@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca . Offerors
must provide their complete mailing address (street address only
as we cannot send via courier with a Post Office Box number),
contact name and telephone number.

Samples should be requested as soon as possible, but no later
than ten (10) calendar days before the Request for Standing
Offer (RFSO) closing date. Enquiries received after that time
may not be answered.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages of Canada.
