RISO Juice from Concentrate with Dispensing Equipment

This PSPC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages of Canada.

REQUIREMENT:

Request for Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of Juice Products from Concentrate with Dispensing Machines to the kitchens of Department of National Defence, 3 ASG Food Services at the 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown located in Oromocto, New Brunswick on an as and when requested basis for the period from 01 September, 2016 to 31 August, 2019 inclusive.

All Juice products MUST be manufactured in a HACCP Certified Facility.

EQUIPMENT:

The supplier agrees to ensure that the consignee is supplied with state of the art equipment dispensing machines for Juice from Concentrate products as indicated at Annex “B” at each site location “To a max of seven (7) machines total” with a minimum of four (4) selection valves per machine; six (6) in H-33 Kitchen and one (1) in Petersville Kitchen. The juice dispenser must be a closed system with no hoses or tubes to trap bacteria and must be 100% maintenance free, with dispensing nozzle incorporated in the juice packaging.

All costs for rental, installation & maintenancerest solely with the supplier. The Consignee agrees to provide plumbing for water, sewer and electrical connections as specified by the distributor to a point no further than seven (7) feet at its cost. 

Mandatory monthly maintenance requirements arespecified at Annex “A”.

The supplier MUST be compliant with the Requirement at Annex "A", the «List of Products» at Annex "B" and Conditions of the Request for Standing Offer.
 
PRICING:   As per Annex "B" - Basis of payment - «List of Products».  Prices must be submitted for each individual year.

Suppliers must provide a price for all items at Annex “B”.

BASIS OF EVALUATION:

Only one (1) Standing Offer will be awarded to lowest aggregate bid, total extended cost of all items, meeting ALLmandatory requirements.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
