This PSPC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages of Canada.

Box Lunch Items 

This request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer is for the supply and delivery of Box Lunch Items such as sandwiches, desserts, muffins etc for Department of National Defence at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown located in Oromocto, New Brunswick E2V 4J5 on an as and when requested basis for the period from October 1st, 2019 to September 30th, 2020 inclusive.

The Sandwich Processing Facility must be HACCP certified by the Federal Government, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Mandatory requirements are indicated at Annex B.

Offeror must provide pricing and be able to supply and deliver all items as specified at Annex C.

Technical Offer 

A sample of each Entrée could be required to be sent to 5 CDSB Gagetown for technical evaluation as detailed in the Request for a Standing Offer document and Annex B. The samples, if required, must be sent to 5 CDSB Gagetown using refrigerated transport.

The supplier MUST be compliant with the Requirement at Annex A, the Mandatory Requirements and Specifications at Annex B, the Box Lunch Items as specified at Annex C and the Conditions of the Request for Standing Offer.
