The work covered under this Standing Offer Agreement comprises of all necessary labour, material, tools and equipment required to perform electrical work including installations, removals, and repairs relative to new construction and renovations as specified by the Project Authority when requested on Form C-942, Call up, Against a Standing Offer Agreement, and as specified herein.

 
The Corcan Construction has a requirement for the establishment
of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO).  This Standing Offer is for the furnishing of all necessary labour, material, tools and equipment required to perform electrical work including installations, removals, and repairs relative to new construction and renovations for Dorchester Penitentiary and Springhill Institution.

The Contractor will have been in business for at least the last five (5) years and must have all appropriate licenses to perform electrical and fire alarm work in the province of New Brunswick and/or Nova Scotia.

Work will be performed as and when requested, from May 1, 2018 to April 30, 2019 with the option to extend for 3 additional one (1) year periods.  A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract.  Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the standing offer will be called up.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS).  Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS.
 
New measures related to Integrity Provisions are included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
