The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO).  This Standing Offer is for the provision of 3D print consumables for use with various makes and models of 3D printers to the Combat Training Centre (CTC) Tactics School, Army Learning Support Centre (ALSC), in Oromocto, New Brunswick.  

The work covered under this Standing Offer Agreement comprises of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and supplies as detailed in the printer categories provided in Annex B, Basis of Payment.  Offers may bid on one category, multiple categories or all categories, if applicable.  Remanufactured and compatible parts are NOT acceptable.


Work will be performed as and when requested, from December 1, 2020 to November 30, 2023.  A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract.  Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the standing offer will be called up.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS).  Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS.
 
New measures related to Integrity Provisions are included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
