The Department of National Defense located in Oromocto, New Brunswick needs to acquire a new laser engraver.  Maintenance Company (Maint Coy) is a highly supportive unit required to provide second line maintenance to Atlantic Canada, as well as first line maintenance to most units in CFB Gagetown. In order to remain functional and support the various units, Maint Coy requires a new laser engraver, capable of completed a variety of complex tasks. This includes engraving weapon systems from sizes that range between a 9mm pistol and an 81mm mortar.


Trade Agreements:  The requirement is subject to the provisions Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement and Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement. 


Bidders must provide pricing for ALL items listed in Annex “B”.  The firm unit price must be in accordance with Annex “A” - Requirement.  Prices must be in Canadian funds and must include Canadian customs duties, excise taxes, F.O.B. destination, including all delivery charges specified.  Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is extra.
