    Optional Site Visit:
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit on Tuesday January 11, 2022 and to be held at:
     1. Campbellton Armoury, 169 Water Street, Campbellton, NB
    2. Bathurst Armoury , 1820 King Street, Bathurst, NB.
    3. Newcastle Armoury,  305 George Street, Miramichi, NB.
    Contractors interested in participating in the site visit are required to register with the Contracting Authority, Sonia Stockman, by  January 6, 2022 at 12:00pm. The Contracting Authority will assign a specific time slot upon receiving the following Covid-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel certification.
    This site visit is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. The person(s) who attend must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or, for personnel that are unable to be vaccinated due to a certified medical contraindication, religion or other prohibited grounds of discrimination under the Canadian Human Rights Act, subject to accommodation and mitigation measures that have been presented to and approved by Canada.
    Janitorial Services, DND, Various Armouries, New Brunswick 
    1. The work under this Service Contract covers the furnishing of all labour, supervision, tools, equipment, cleaning materials, cleaning products, and product dispensers required to provide Janitorial Services for routine daily cleaning at Newcastle Armoury, Bathurst Armoury, and Campbellton Armoury as directed and specified herein.
    2. Newcastle Armoury is located at 305 George Street, Miramichi, NB.
    3. Bathurst Armoury is located at 1820 King Street, Bathurst, NB.
    4. Campbellton Armoury is located at 169 Water Street, Campbellton, NB.
    5. All deliverables associated with this contract must comply with all Government of Canada legislation, policies, and directives. These include, but are not limited to, the Official Languages Act, Canadian Labour Code, National Building Code of Canada, Defence Production Act, Government Contracting Regulations, and others.
    This Service Contract will extend from 01 April 2022 to 31 March 2023 with an option to renew two-one
