Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Requirement: To carry out the docking, maintenance and alterations of The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) vessel "CCGS Limnos" in Accordance with the provided Limnos Specification, Nov 25 2015. Vessel Transfer Costs will apply to all bids for evaluation Purposes. Destination: The work shall be carried out at Contractors facility. Work Period: Work must commence and be completed as follows: Commence: The wok period for the solicitation will commence on or before April 1, 2016 Complete: Seven days from commencement of Work. Additional Instructions to Work Period: The vessel will be unmanned during the work period and will be considered to be out of commission. The vessel during That period will be in the care and custody of the Contractor And under its control. Sourcing Strategy: The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada Region, in accordance with the Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19) subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). This procurement is exempt from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4).
