Work:
To carry out the work, maintenance and alterations of the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) vessel Pierre Radisson in accordance with the provided Statement of Work dated 24 November, 2016.

Vessel Transfer Costs will not apply to this solicitation.

Bidders' Conference:
A bidders' Conference chaired by the Contracting Authority will be held at Les Méchins, Quebec, on Monday December 19, 2016 @ 9:00am

Site Visit - Vessel:
The viewing will take place on Sunday December 18, 2016 @ 08:00 at the Verreault Navigation Inc, facilities in Les Méchins, Quebec.

Destination:
The work must be carried out onboard the vessel that will be docked at the Canadian Coast Guard Base in the Port of Quebec City.

Work Period:
Commence: April 3, 2017
Complete: July 6, 2017

Additional Instructions to Work Period:
The vessel will be manned during the work period and will be considered to be under the careand custody of the Owner.

Sourcing Strategy:
The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada Region, in accordance with the Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19) subject tothe Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

This procurement is exempt from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4).
