Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Switchboard and Control Renewals for the Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) Sir William Alexander F7049-160065/A Dan Byron Tel.: 819-420-2898 Bid Close date extended: November 3, 2016 NATURE OF REQUIREMENT The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) has a requirement for the provision of switchboard and control renewals for the Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) Sir William Alexander in accordance with the Statement of Work - Annex "A". In addition, Canada shall have the irrevocable option to purchase, some or all, of the Sir William Alexander’sElectrical Integration Management and Switchboard and Control renewals for the Edward Cornwallis, which is the sister ship to the Sir William Alexander. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement does not apply as delivery is not within a Land Claim Area. The sourcing strategy to this procurement is that all interested suppliers may submit a bid. Bidders to be considered compliant must meet all the Mandatory Requirements of the Request for Proposal. The lowest priced compliant proposal will be recommended for award. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
